Safe, affordable housing is available for low-income individuals and families at a property managed by Catholic Charities Fort Worth. Applicants are not required to meet an income to monthly rent ratio, but must consent to a rental history, credit history and criminal background check. Those with a history of violent or sexual crime will not be accepted.

  Adult residents at Urban Manor must be working or enrolled in a CCFW or partner
  agency case management program. Assistance in achieving long-term self-sufficiency
  is offered to residents through on-site supportive services.

Catholic Charities provides housing facilities for low-income elderly and disabled/handicapped persons. Housing facilities are affordable communities. To be eligible, a person must be 62 years of age or older and able to function self-sufficiently, both physically and mentally. The cost is based on Department of HUD guidelines.
